St Luke’s is a cashless school and parents must use Arbor’s secure payment system to pay for lunches, educational visits and clubs.
The cost of a school meal for pupils in Year 3 - Year 6, and not in receipt of a free school meals, will be charged at £2.55 a day (£12.75 a week).
Meals MUST be paid in advance.
The option of school meals will be withdrawn from your child and you will have to provide a packed lunch, if you are unable to pay for school dinners.
If you switch from school meals to packed lunch, you MUST inform the office in writing and keep your confirmation slip as proof. If the school is not informed, you will be charged for the meals ordered on behalf of our child.
If you have any concerns regarding payment, please contact Mrs Williams as soon as possible and we will do our best to come up with a solution i.e. payment plan.
