Cashless Office

From September 2016, St. Luke’s will be a cashless school.  This means that all school meals, trips and clubs will need to be paid for by cheque, on-line, at the Post Office or by Paypoint.

Cheques

Cheques should be payable to St. Luke’s Primary School, with your child’s name, year group and items purchased on the back of the cheque.

Paypoint

  • Take your school meals barcode or club / trip letter to a shop with Paypoint
  • Inform the cashier of the amount you would like to pay
  • The cashier will scan the barcode
  • The cashier will hand you a receipt for your payment.

 Post Office

  • Take your school meals barcode or club / trip letter to a Post Office Counter.
  • Inform the cashier of the amount you would like to pay
  • The cashier will scan the barcode
  • The cashier will hand you a receipt for your payment.

SIMS Agora – On-line account

  • Create a Hotmail or Microsoft email account (if you have not already got one)
  • Create an account on SIMS Agora (details below)
  • Combine your children’s accounts into one (if necessary)

As well as paying for your child’s school meals, club or trip on-line, you will be able to see your child’s account.  We would recommend that parents set up an on-line account even if payment will be paid via Paypoint or the Post Office.
