Blogs give parents and prospective parents an insight into our school.
The blogs are a good way to:
- promote learning
- celebrate achievement
- share information such as homework tasks
- engage with each other across the school community
We have a few simple guidelines that we need to keep to:
Children are to only use their initials when commenting. This is to prevent anyone being able to identify individual children by matching up names with pictures.
Parents who leave comments are asked to use the child's initials only so as not to identify their children. You can post comment as "HB's Mum" or "MR's Grandfather."
All posts will be checked by the class teacher before they are published to the blog.
All comments will be moderated by the class teacher before they appear on the blog.
Always show respect for other people's work - be positive when you comment.
No text talk! Write in full sentences and read your comments back carefully before submitting.
