Consultation for Admission Policy 2018/2019
The Governing Board of St. Luke’s School is currently determining proposed admission arrangements for September 2018. As determined by the School Admissions Code, issued under section 84 of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998, we are required to consult on these arrangements, and are inviting comments on the proposed changes. We would be grateful if you could share this information as appropriate.
Please find attached a copy of the draft admissions policy. The School Admissions Code was amended in 2012 to allow schools to give priority within their admissions criteria for staff children who have been employed at the school for 2 or more years.
If you wish to comment on the proposed changes to our admissions arrangements, please send your response in writing for the attention of Mrs Atkins either by post or email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Comments should be received by no later than Tuesday 31st January 2017.
