TCS Mini Marathon

Some of our learners participate in TCS London Marathon.

What an amazing experience running the last mile of the marathon and going past Buckingham Palace. We were honoured to walk the streets of London, and see well known landmarks such as Buckingham Palace.  Some of the places we walked by, could be identified by learners in Year 5 through the rich literacy texts that they have read in their time throughout being at school. One book in particular which was mentioned was A walk in London written by Salvatore Rubbino.
