Vision and Values

Federation's Vision

The vision is the ultimate aim for our schools and our children.  We want to ensure that each and every child fulfils this vision.

At St Luke's, we work hard to enrich and develop the religious character of the School in accordance with the principles of the trustees, the Church of England and in partnership with St Luke's Church at parish and diocesan level

 Our Christian vision is…

Our school’s Christian Vision is that each child is a unique gift from God. We nurture the Christian faith and ethos of the Church of England to enable all community members to develop spiritually, socially, intellectually and emotionally, linking with the Church of England’s core desire for educating the whole person enabling - life in all its fullness. (John 10:10)

“Every good gift and every perfect present comes from heaven; it comes down from God” (James 1:17)

The school’s vision is based upon a clearly articulated theological rationale: All children are loved by God, are individually unique and that the school has a mission to help each pupil to achieve their full potential. (Valuing all God’s children)

Mission Statement

Christian values and high expectations are at the heart of all aspects of our school life, providing a safe, happy and inclusive learning environment where children are encouraged to develop respect, self-esteem and confidence. We aim to find exciting ways to educate, making use of the latest developments in technology.

At Christ Church and St. Luke’s we celebrate success and encourage everyone to achieve their full potential by working together in partnership with parents, carers, the Church and wider community.
